Return & Refund Policy – Renishow

Return Period: Up to 14 days after delivery (Requests after this period will not be accepted).
Return Conditions: Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging.
Return Shipping Cost: If returning due to change of mind, the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility . Returns must be sent via UPS , Fedex or DHL
Non-Returnable Items:
•Pre-Owned & Preloved products
•Items listed as defective at the time of purchase
•Used, washed, or items without original packaging
Defective or Incorrect Items: If confirmed, a free return label will be provided.
Customs Charges: Must be covered by the buyer.
Refund Process: Issued within 5 business days after return approval via bank transfer or PayPal.
Order Cancellations: Only possible before shipment (After shipment, the return process applies).
Lost Packages: Must be reported within 21 days of shipment.
